        seriously now, when you start the program you should see a really neat 
        (I hope its neat anyway) Splash, showing program version number, as well 
        as a self check.</font></p>

        with various options. I know it may be overwhelming to new users, but

        is a waste. 320x240 should &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;have a max of 750, 
        minimum of 500.<br>
        - &quot;Quantizer&quot;, please move your mouse over the option to read 
        details<br>
        - &quot;Audio Bitrate&quot;, I suggest you leave it at 128<br>
        - &quot;Subtitle/Audio&quot;, to read how they work, move your mouse over 
        the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;down arrow of the drop down box</font><br>

        on my programming skills lol.. and my laziness</font></p>
