Brim heeft twee menu-balken. De eerste is de applicatie balk en bevat applicatie specificieke items, de tweede is de plugin balk en bevat de links naar de verschillende plugins. Voor specifieke help over de plugins, klik <a href="#plugins">hier</a>

De voorkeuren link in de applicatie balk stuurt je naar in scherm waarin je onder andere je taal, je thema kan zetten alsook je password, email-adres etc. Let op dat de taal en het thema niet tegelijkertijd gezet kunnen worden!

De informatie link geeft een algemeen overzicht van de applicatie inclusief huidig versie nummer.

De uitlog function logt je niet alleen uit uit de applicatie, maar verwijdert ook de cookie dat gezet was als je de \'remember me\' optie gebruikte tijdens inloggen. De eerst volgende keer dat je Brim gebruikt moet je dus weer opnieuw inloggen.

The plugins sectie staat je toe om plugins te activeren/deactiveren. Als een plugin gedeactiveerd is, dan komt deze niet meer terug in de plugin balk nog in de help sectie.
