Show readme.txt syntax highlighted

- subcache, templates_c must be writable for php
- don't forget to change the contents of ./configs/ServerName.cfg
- root directory is webroot (doh)
- the regular cleanup of the subcache directory has not been automatized yet, you have to cut its size down yourself when you think it grew too big
- password to the database is not in the cvs, you have to ask me for it
